Florida Home Remodel
In summer 2017, I was hired to design and execute the remodel of a home in Venice, Florida to make it marketable for rental. Over approximately two months, I worked with the owners to create a soft coastal look, drawing inspiration from New England beach houses, with colorful touches drawn from the home's tropical location. I built and finished many pieces for the house, including a built-in entertainment center and custom finished wood dining and living room furniture. The home is currently used as a vacation getaway and winter rental unit, and is in steadily high demand.
